Poor Toms have been distilling their own small batch gin since 2015, so it only seems fitting that they have a stunning space in which to enjoy their juniper-derived creations. The hall itself has a church-like quality, mainly thanks to the alter featuring their mascot 'Ginsus', along with stark white walls, a backlit archway and a marble.
